Michael Neithardt began his career as the assistant to former Miramax Films' co-chairman and founder, Bob Weinstein. He worked closely with the independent film icon during the production and release of acclaimed films, including Academy Award-winners "Shakespeare in Love" and “Good Will Hunting.” Following Miramax, he produced the independent film "Harwood," while also working in production management posts for New Line Cinema, Time Warner and VH1.

Neithardt then began writing, producing and directing commercials, music videos television programs and short films for many high profile companies – while also producing an Off-Broadway production of Stephen Belber’s Tape. In 2005, he was hired to run the East Coast office of leading bi-coastal motion graphics company, Stardust Studios. During his tenure there, Neithardt executive produced and produced over 60 commercials, show packages and print campaigns for numerous leading agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erickson, Saatchi and Saatchi, BBDO, Y&R, DDB, JWT, Publicis, Lowe Worldwide, Kaplan Thaler, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Grey, Wieden and Kennedy, Leo Burnett, Concept Farm, Amalgamated, MTV and HBO.

Neithardt continues to work as a leading producer in the field of film, television and commercials. His latest production, the short film jeffrey, is being screened at festivals across the country.
