Michael Neithardt began his career as the assistant to former Miramax Films' co-chairman and founder, Bob Weinstein. He worked closely with the independent film icon during the production and release of acclaimed films, including Academy Award-winners "Shakespeare in Love" and “Good Will Hunting.” Following Miramax, he produced the independent film "Harwood," while also working in production management posts for MTV, Time Warner and VH1.

Neithardt then began writing, producing and directing commercials, music videos, television programs and short films for many high profile companies – while also producing and starring in a theatrical production of Stephen Belber’s Tape. In 2005, he was hired to run the East Coast office of leading bi-coastal motion graphics company, Stardust Studios. During his tenure there, Neithardt executive produced and produced over 60 commercials and print campaigns for numerous leading agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erickson, Saatchi and Saatchi, BBDO, Y&R, DDB, JWT, Publicis, Lowe Worldwide, Kaplan Thaler, TBWA\Chiat\Day, Grey, Wieden and Kennedy, Leo Burnett, Concept Farm, Amalgamated, MTV and HBO. During this time he also starred in and produced the festival favorite jeffrey, picking up best short film at the Big Apple Film Festival.

Neithardt continues to work as a leading producer and actor in the field of theater, film, television and commercials. He recently played Sorin in a production of Anton’s Chekhov’s The Seagull and is producing and starring in a production of Danny and The Deep Blue Sea beginning this April, 2010.
